The polarimeter is the basic scientific instrument used to
measure angle of rotation, specific optical rotation of
optically active substance.
The polarimeter built-in auto-controlling system. Power on
the instrument, the system will search for zero point
automatically. You need only put a sample tubes into the
measuring field chamber, the polarimeter will displays a
angle of rotation.
WZZ-2A can auto-judge levorotatory or dextrorotatory
of compounds. If the reading is negative measured value,
it means is that sample is levorotatory substance, if the
reading is positive measured value, the sample is
dextrorotatory substance.
During measurement, you need to test a sample solution
3 times or more to ensure its accuracy. Press + or - key,
the instrument will remeasure sample.
From angle of rotation by polarimeter, we can calculate
purity, concentration, percentage of sample.
