FWB cam rotor pump is also named colloid pump, three lobe pump, sole pump,etc.
When the 2 simultaneous reverse rotating rotors(with 2-4 gears) revolve, it produces suction force at the inlet(vacuum), which intakes the material delivered.
The 2 rotors divide the rotor housing into many smaller parts and revolve in the sequence of a-b-c-d .When it revolves to position a, only housing I is filled with medium;when it goes to position b, housing B encloses part of the medium;when it goes to position chousing c, housing A also encloses medium ;and finally it goes to position d, then housing A,B and II are interlinked and the medium is transported to the outlet.As this process is repeated, medium(material) is transpor-ted continuously .
FWB series pneumatic diaphragm pump is a new transport machinery in our country .It is widely used in all kinds of liquid, those who are corrosive, with particles in it, high viscosity, volatile, flammable, or poisonous .
The FWB screw pump
1)It is widely used in environmental protection, shipbuilding, oil, medicine, daily chemical, brewing, construction, mining, chemical, printing and paper industries .
2)Its biggest characteristic is of strong adaptability, smooth flow, small pressure pulsation high self-priming capacity, those are can't be irreplaceable by any other pump.
3)The running speed is adjustable, the rated pressure at the exit of the pump can increase with the increasing of the pump series .Every increasing of the pump series , the pressure will increase by 0.6 MPa .
