Overview

FMB tilting vacuum homogeneous emulsifying machine is designed according the mixing process system of cosmetics and ointments products .

1)Its greatest features is that the main boiler makes free raise-fall function , cleaning the bottom of boiler thoroughly, titling type to leave the material and maintain the material largely, reducing the waste .

2)Two-way or one-way stirring structure makes the material mix fully .

3)Supported by advanced frequency control allows homogeneous speed to achieve 4000r/min, which makes the material more delicate and smooth .

Performance and characteristics

1) The machine has triple blender and hydraulic lift cover.High-speed homogeneity blender speed : 0-3500r/min(frequency speed regulation); Low-speed scraper blender speed : 0-40r/min(frequency speed regulation) .

2) Running under full vacuum condiction, vacuum suction and no bacterial contamination.

3)CIP cleaning system is equipped in this system .The contact parts of the vessel and material is made from SUS316L material .Mirror finish of the inside surface is 300EMSH .

4)Completely according to the GMP request ,the most advanced and perfect cream production equipment .
