1). Product Features of Flat Belt Conveyor Drive Pulley
a) True concentric run-out: best contact with the belt entables consistent belt content discharge
b) Minimum revolving resistance: a high-level welding processing ability make the tolerance within minimum scope. In addition to high quality bearings, the pulley will have ideal static and dynamic balance
c) High loading capacity: the pulley shell and bearing housing are well welded together as a whole high strength structure. Thick pulley shell can absorbs more stress as well.
d) Water Proof, Dust proof, Leak Proof
e) Economic maintainence and long service life: less deflection of shaft and less stress on bearings give pulley a longer life.
