Extrusion Machine
1. Intro
- Hydraulic Extrusion Machine is a supporting machine for Planetary Mixer and Multi-functional Mixer. Its function is to discharge or to pack the high viscous materials produced by the mixers.
- It consists of seat base, container position, hydraulic pack, bean, moment, motor, gear pump, piston plate, electrical cabinet etc..
- Two types: One cylinder and two cylinders. It adopts moment motor control.
- It can discharge high viscous materials (For instance, printing ink, adhesives, silica gel etc.) from the top the piston plate or container bottom to the pipe by pressurizing the piston plate and realize the packing the materials.
2. Main Features
- Hydraulic tank pressure can be adjustable at any class within the range of 020Mpa. Piston pole can be stayed at any position. And it can work continuously under pressure maintaining and stable pressure condition.
- The plate ring contacts with the inner wall of the container (Vacuum defoaming device is optional) to stop materials flowing back and to empty materials inside the container without residue.
- The lifting stand is lifted by hydraulic system to the top position to facilitate the packing operation.
- It is characterized in easy structure and easy operation.
