Vacuum Multi-functional Mixer is a functional product SIEHE company developed on the basis of standard multi-functional mixer.The machine has equipped with matched closed vacuum cover, flange slotting and elastic sealing ring to the tank, to
ensure no leakage under the closed vacuum condition. The equipment can equip with Imported pump or pump group
(Leybold, Busch), and the highest vacuum degree can reach to -0.098mpa(20mbar); It is suitable for dispersing and
mixing under special conditions such as vacuum defoaming, vacuum feed, gas protection, etc..

Vacuum Multi-functional mixer is mainly used in stirring and mixing of viscous / sticky material , the collocation of the tri-shaft
stirring forms (dispersed +emulsifying +stirring, dispersing +dispersing+ stirring, stirring +stirring +stirring) to solve the mixing
and stirring that the viscous materials single shaft mixer failed to mixed; Mixing efficiency faster than dual shaft mixer, and the
mixing effect is better.
Environmental protection index outstanding and safe operation
As the equipment equipped with closed cover, it can achieve definitely closed with vessel, achieve high vacuum degree,
effectively avoid solvent evaporation; the cover with endoscopic and searchlights can real-time observation mixing state; Take
sanitary manhole and can be used for cleaning and feeding.
Various installation ways
With compact structure, the machine can be fixed type or hydraulic lifting type (Hydraulic lifting can be customized below 2000L).
Tank working with the mixer can be removable type or fixed type.
Customized options
Different options are available such as explosion-proof type, lifting type, multi-tanks type, mounted on kettle type, etc.. Material
can be customized to be SS304 SS321 SS316L .
