High-shear emulsion homogenizer
1. Main Features
a. It consists of three sets of precision engineered stator and rotor inside the chamber.
b. The strong centrifugal forces generated by the high speed rotation rotor absorb the materials into the working chamber of the rotor and stator from axial direction.
c. All the materials dispersed, sheared and emulsified by the multi-layers Stator & Rotor and then ejected from the axial direction.
d. Stable finished products with high quality are produced after one time circulation or times.

Power Supply: 380V, 50/60Hz.
Seal: Dual End Mechanical Seal ( Pressure Balance Device is optional)
Materials: The part contacting with materials is SS304 or SS316L
Speed: 0-2930 rpm Frequency Converter Control ( Some Model can be customized up t0 6000rpm)Flow: 0.5-80 m3/h
Outlet Pressure: ≤0.3 MPa
Pipeline Connection: Flange, Quick-connection or Screw.
Packing: Standard Package (Wooden Package)
