Vacuum feeder from Siehe Industry is newly developed product based on introduced counterparts in market at both home and abroad. Vacuum feeder can deliver materials automatically to hopper of silo, packing machine, injection molding machine, pulverizer etc.. Working Principle
Vacuum Feeder consists of vacuum pump (oil-free, water-free), vacuum hopper, filter (polyester film filters, PE filter, 316L stainless steel filter or titanium metal filter etc are in options), compressed air reverse blow device, pneumatic materials-discharge gate device, level automatic control device, stainless steel materials suction nozzle, delivery hose and other components. When working, vacuum pump generates negative pressure which generates vacuum airflow. Material are sucked into the suction mouth and form gas-and-materials stream. The stream goes to the hopper of the vacuum feeder through the materials suction pipeline. And the filer separates the materials from the air completely. When materials fill up the hopper, the controller will cut off the air source automatically, the vacuum generator stop working, the hopper outlet valve will open automatically and materials fall into the hopper of the machine
