Scrap tire rubber powder making machinery
Scrap tire rubber powder making machinery consist of tire cutting machines and tire crusher unit. It process car tires,truck tires and waste rubber into different sizes of crumb rubber by screen.

2. such cutting procedure is first part of rubber cutting line.

tire crusher unit
The tire crusher unit is one mainly machine in the scrap tire rubber powder making machinery. and its function is to crush tire blocks into different sizes of rubber powder, and the steel wire and fiber completely separated from the final mixing rubber powder. Such machine consist s of four parts: Crusher, main vibrating screen, main conveyor,magnetic separation system.

The final products:
Scrap tire rubber powder making is mainly to recycle tire into rubber powder, and it applies to reclaimed rubber industry.
About project
Raw material: waste car tires, truck tires,waste tubber ans waste soles.
Final product: different sizes of rubber granules by crushing recycled, such as 8mesh,16mesh,24mesh,30mesh,40mesh,60mesh etc.
Labor required: 4-7 workers
Space required:110-300m2

30%of the total contract value to be paid by T/T as down payment, and the balance 70% should be paid by T/T before delivery the goods

Warranty period and after sales
one year. In the warranty period, If there are some troubles with the machines, The manufacturer should send engineers to repair or replace the parts freely(expect for easy broken parts ,like rollers and knife/blade).but you need pay the come and back tickets
About after sales we have whole life repair this machine , but you need pay the cost (ticket ,hotel ,food )
Technology for installation
According to the demand of buyer, Our factory sends the engineers to guide to install and debug. But the charge in the buyer’s site and the traveling should be paid by buyer (including the cost of living, the round-trip ticket etc.
