---Brief introduction
this machine is developed adopting advanced technology from domestic and overseas rubber industry. Lower power consumption, low noise, output fineness, high efficiency, small size, easy operation and pollution free are its main features. It enjoys great popularity in rubber industry.
Structure:main crusher,fan machine,air puller and cooling system.
principle:10-30mesh rubber powder are grinded into 60-80mesh rubber powder by the relative movement of two discs.one is fixed grinding disc,another is rotary grinding disc.The cooling system control the working temperature of two discs.

2.XKP series crusher,shaking screen,wire magnetic conveyors,conveyor
(1)shaking screen:stainless steel bar web or stainless steel circle web can be choosed if raw material is radial tire or nylon tire.
(2)steel magnetic separate conveyors:strong magnetic separate power to remove steel,ratio can reach 95%.
(3)conveyor:complete PVC annular conveyor wihout any joint.
