tire crusher unit
The tire crusher unit is one mainly machine in the rubber extruder machine for rubber powder. and its function is to crush tire blocks into different sizes of rubber powder, and the steel wire and fiber completely separated from the final mixing rubber powder. Such machine consist s of four parts: Crusher, main vibrating screen, main conveyor,magnetic separation system.

one year. In the warranty period, If there are some troubles with the machines, The manufacturer should send engineers to repair or replace the parts freely(expect for easy broken parts ,like rollers and knife/blade).but you need pay the come and back tickets
About after sales we have whole life repair this machine , but you need pay the cost (ticket ,hotel ,food )
Technology for installation
According to the demand of buyer, Our factory sends the engineers to guide to install and debug. But the charge in the buyer’s site and the traveling should be paid by buyer (including the cost of living, the round-trip ticket etc.
