Rubber foam tube
Rubber foam tube is one kind of rubber extruding products. The foam type is Closed Cell. The hardness is from 10 Shore C to 40 Shore C. Color could be brown, gray, black, white, that's optional. The density is from 0.35g/cm3 to 0.68g/cm3. Density bears a reference to the hardness to a certain extent, the harder, the bigger.
1. Electrically Conductive -Electrically Conductive Grade silicone sheeting is designed to be used in many different applications. It is black; carbon filled silicone sheeting that will act as a low amperage conductor and provide protection against electrostatic discharge.
2. Fiberglass Reinforced -Fiberglass reinforced press pad material is typically used for flexible circuitry laminations.
3. Flame Retardant -Flame Retardant silicone sheeting is designed to be used in applications where higher physical properties are required.
4. High Strength -Superb chemical resistance, high temperature performance, good thermal and electrical resistance, long-term resiliency, and easy fabrication
5. The density of this kind of silicone foam tubes is around 0.45g/cm3. Now the normal sizes of the tubes in our company is Φ8.1×3.4,Φ22×5.9,Φ28×11.7,Φ37×10mm.
This kind of silicone foam tubings is specially for printing machines and copy machines. When it is extruded, we will then insert one metal stick into the inner slot. Finally the surface of the tube would be rubbed away.
We are able to make customized sizes.
