FAQ
1.Can I drive the scooter on a public road?
Please don’t drive the scooter on public roads used for motor vehicles. When driving on a sidewalk, single driveway or in public places, please comply with local traffic regulations and the local laws.
2.How do I park the scooter safely?
For temporary parking, turn on the balance output function and lean the scooter against a wall or step that can stop it from moving forwards. When parking for long periods, switch off the power and pull down the scooter’s parking stand.
3.In the event of possible Water Damage
If the scooter becomes accidentally saturated with water turn the power off immediately. Take the scooter home without turning the power on and then contact us; we will give you a guide to deal with any problems that may have occurred.
Do not drive the scooter again until you are sure no faults have been caused due towater damage.
4.Can I drive the scooter on rainy days?
Wind Rover Scooters are not 100% perfectly waterproof. Driving in light rain for a short time and in 2-3 cm water is OK.
But please do not drive the scooter in melting snow,or in muddy conditions,
or in heavy rain. It is easy to damage the motherboard and motor if water gets into the electrics!
