The usage of low pressure anti explosion valve:

For equipment uses natural gas, LPG and cool coal gas, such as: gas annealing port, gas W.E tank and gas fore hearth and so on.

 

 

Type of anti-explosion:

big size(for pipe with diameter is more than DN40);

middle size(for pipe with diameter is DN32,DN40);

small size(for pipe with diameter is DN25)

 

 

 

The pressure of anti-explosion valve:

it is for 0-100KPa( assumed pressure by LIFE: 20KPa )

 

 

Main function: protect combustion system of forehearth operate safely. When the pressure of some section of combustion increase suddenly, more than set value of anti exposion valve, it will work
