As all the juice is hot filling, after filling, capping, bottled juice will come to this machine by conveyor, and this machine will put down the juice automatically by conveyor, use the temperature of juice inside bottle to kill the germ in the bottle neck and mouth part, and then will go to the cooling machine automatically by conveyor.
The speed of the conveyor can be adjust , and it is easy operation, only need one worker can operate the sterlizer machine and cooling machine together!
THE Automatic Bottle Inverter Sterilizer: It is mainly used in sterilizing PET bottle mouth and inside surface of caps. In which haven't been disinfected by the tea, Furit juice which having been filled in PET bottle. It mainly consist of chief conveying chain system, support, bottle reversing chain system, bottle reversing guiding rod and bottle reposition rod, Use its inter thermal medium to disinfect bottle mouth and caps without any other heat souce, So it can save energy. The machine is fully made of SUS 304 stainless steel, more convenient in operation. This series model machien capacity can be from 1000 bottle per hour to 12000 bottle per hour.
