If you are contacting us to inquire about the availability of zippers, please include the following information so we can better assist you:
1. Type of zipper (plastic, brass, antique brass, nylon, invisible, etc.)
2. Teeth Size of zipper (#3 for 3mm teeth when zipped, #5 for 5mm teeth when zipped, or other size)
3. Tape Color of zipper
4. Length of zipper
5. Whether the zipper needs to separate at the bottom (like a jacket) ,close end ,or other?

2. How long can I expect to get the sample?
We can send you the free samples( have our free sample standard), the courier cost is on customer's side.
After you pay the courier cost or freight collect and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrived in 3-5 workdays.
3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.
