FEILIZHOU RIBBED BELT DESCRIPTION

transmission. It's designed for cruising gear and high power operation.

Structure and material
1.upper fabric: synthetic fabric cloth containing special rubber layer ensures good heat-resistance, fuel-resistance and friction-resistance
2.tensile core wire: heat-treated core wire makes it can endure high shock loading.
3.adhensive rubber: keep the adhensive force between core wire and upper core rubber to
protect tensile body
4.upper core rubber(RIBS): fortifying fibric of core rubber provides good side pressure resistance and wearability

1. TENSION MEMBER - The treated polyester cord is a low stretch high strength tension member able to withstand shock loads on drives with fixed centres.
2. RUBBER RIBS - Long wearing, oil resistant, fibre-loaded chloroprene rubber is used in the ribs to provide support for the tension member and to transmit the loads to the pulley.
3. BACKING MATERIAL - Bias ply type fabric backing resists cracking and provides abrasion resistance.
4. INSULATION MATERIAL - Oil and heat resistant rubber is used to bond the tension member to the rest of the belt.
