Our continuous casting plant has 20 continuous casting lines among which there are 12 tilting lines and 8 horizontal lines. We can produce alloy 1 series,8series and 3 series. The thickness of casting coil is from 6mm-10mm, with minimum width of 700mm to maximum 1760 mm.
Our coil and strip plant has 6 cold rolling lines, 5 slitting lines,3 tension levelers, 26 sets of annealing furnace, transverse shears and other finishing equipments. We can produce more than 20 types of products include aluminum fin stock , PS substrate, embossed sheet, tread sheet, capacitor strip, pp cap, cable wrap, composite panels, foil stock and so on. We are capable of producing a range of aluminum products with thickness from 0.2-4mm and width from 200mm-1650mm.
Our foil plant has 6 foil mills equipped with flatness control system from Siemens and gauge control system from thermal fisher scientific company from Germany. 9 separators and 3 slitters for various applications, 1 coil machine,4 grinders and more than 31 annealing furnace. The thickness range of our foil is from 0.005-0.2mm,and width from 50mm-1700mm. our foil products include semi-rigid container foil, house hold foil, beverage foil label, blister foil, foil tape, hot seal foil, tube foil, cigarette foil, flexible packing, capacitor foil and other 20 varieties.
Our coating plant has 9 separators,6 coating lines among which 2 wide width coating lines can produce 1450mm width products. We can produce organic/inorganic hydrophilic fin stock and blue, gold and white hydrophilic fin stock with the thickness from 0.08-0.2mm and width from 60-1440mm.
Longding aluminum operates 20 continuous casting lines that are internationally advanced and whose capacity is 200,000 metric tons. Our coils are mainly used in producing foil and other high quality strips. Our casting coils are known for their precise chemistries, well-controlled dimensional tolerance , great crystallization and excellent surface quality.
Our aluminum sheet category includes the following products: embossed sheet, PS substrate, lighting panels, composite panels, floor tread plates as well as other applications.
Our main coils and strips products consisted of strips with excellent surface quality and widely used in various applications such as refrigerator, commercial freezer, cable wraps, capacitors ,pp cap, anti-theft strip , aluminum/plastic composite pipes, PS substrates and etc.
We are equipped with more than 30 sets of foil rolling , slitting lines equipments with advanced level . our products series includes aluminum fin stock ,semi-rigid container foil, cable wrap foil, foil for printing, construction foil, packaging foil, and other foil for industrial applications.
Our hydrophilic aluminum fin stock are widely used in residential air- conditioning units, commercial freezer, automobile air-conditioning units and water tanks. Our fin stock products ,such as 8011,1100,1200 , 3102, are entirely in compliance with international high quality standards and consequently exported to many countries around the world.
