Stainless steel heat exchanger
Advantage :
1.Tube:produced using stainless steel pipe ,for direct immersion in strong acid ;
2.Shell :white PP plastic, have a good corrosion resistance;
3.Work temperature: minus 20 Deg C to 65 Deg C;

Feature :
[1]Shell&tube evaporator has a good effect of oil circulation and greatly increases the heat transfer effect by using the technology of densely covered holes and internal guide flow device. Under the same refrigerating output, compared with coil, it can increase the heat transfer effect of the evaporator and reduce the volume .It realized high power with small size.
[2]The core of shell&tube evaporator can be drawn off .Thus , it can be easily cleaned and maintained.And also needn't to recycling the refrigerant when cleaning, that's will be used less time to stop, start and vent the machine.
[3]The tube is made of stainless steel(316L) which has good corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, good thermal conductivity , non-toxicity. no-scale ,no leakage and no contaminate of medium . It is convenient for the installation and maintenance of equipment.
