1.Calcium silicate board
Woersen board is a kind of new model construction board known for its stable quality, the method is using silicate material and calcium material,adding strengthened fiber and other advanced process, a high technology product by high temperature high pressure braize and drying treatment.It is widely used in office building,school,shop ,dwelling,railway,railway station ,bus station,airport,scientific organization ,restaurant,hospital,cinema,badminton ,training building,KTV ,etc building
1.Application
1.The applicaiton purpose for this panel is for outdoor Cladding or Facade.
2.Cladboard is the panel which can be used for exterior in all weather. It can stand severe cold as well as hot weather.
To be used as a finished exterior cladding panel, it can be coated before installation but it is up to client's applicaiton design. You can precoat it in difference colors with our off white panel or use the offwhite panels directly or we can deliver the boards finished in 3 kinds of colour board: Grey, Red and Yellow.
3.Cladboard can be used to concrete wall or infill wall.

4.Installation methods:
1. We draw the installation guideline to define the fixing position, the center distance is 1200mm.
2. USe UC type keel hang fitting to link and fix the room and key keel, keep the key keel horizontal.
3. Use the caliper to vertically fix the sub keel on key keel,the center distance of the sub keels is 611mm.
4. TO install the horizontal keels as per the request,is center distance is 1222mm.
5. Use the tapping screw fix the woersen board on the sub-keel and do the treatment of the seam connection.
