How to choose the right bag material?

First ,you should know more about our material.

COSTIN RPET Stitchbonded nonwoven mainly has two process.

1.we use Germany machine Karl  Mayer to do RPET stichbonded nonwoven fabric.

This fabric is very soft and it's easy to tear.To assure good property: like tensile,tear strength ,break strength.

We need to do the second process: post arrangement.

2.For post arrangement,COSTIN has two type:

one is :Dip into glue water and then heatset in about 170 centigrade,the fabric with glue and water meet high temperature,then water vaporized.Glue will make the fabric stronger.

Two is :When we do the first process,we add low temperature fiber into RPET fiber together.After the fabric are out ,we will use one hot roller which temperature is about 220 centigrade .Then the low temperature fiber are thawed ,this wil make the RPET stitchbonded nonwoven fabric more stronger.

What's the difference of this two type of post arrangement if I choose for bag material?

1. Dip into glue water. This type can make the fabric very hard.If you need hard bag which can stand up by themselves.We recommend dip into glue water type.

2.Low temperature fiber type. This type can get very good hand feeling ,the experience from printing machines showed that : People like this type very much because the printed pattern are  thunder-and-lightning .This type we can do soft and medium hard.For shoping bag,which you don't need so hard,please choose this type.
