This machine is used for filling all kinds of fluid materials into the soft plastic tubes or plastic-aluminum laminated tubes
The machine can automatically feed tube, orientate eye marks and is used for filling cream (paste)-like and liquid-like materials into plastic tube or plastic-aluminium laminated tube and then sealing them, pressing data or product numbers on the end of the tube and cutting the end. This machine is widely used in daily cosmetics, medicine and food industries.
Characteristics: A high efficient heater and a stable flow meter imported from Germany are applied. They provide a reliable thermo-air heating system, which makes the seal firm and high efficient. The filling heads in different specifications are prepared for materials in different thick.
1. Automatic tube loading, filling, heating, sealing, cutting and tube unloading.
2. The precision of mechanical linking visual detection is within 2 mm.
3. Mechanical tube feeding. Only one unit need to be changed when tube size changing.
4. Inner Heat System, using "Leister" hot air system to assure high quality sealing.
5. Servo motor controls filling, filling volume can be easily adjusted in the touch screen.
6. Plug-in filling type fills the product from the bottom of tubes, which ensures less air mixing with the filling material and decreases the possibility of oxidation.
7. All contact parts are made of Stainless Steel #316, complying with GMP requirements.

1.Installation & adjustment
After the equipment are arrived at the customer’s site, the customer is responsible for unpacking and arranging the equipment according to the placement drawing; and does under our install-adjust technicians’ guidance. Costs of the staff are decided at last.
2.Training
We are responsible for offering the technical training to user. The training content includes the structure and maintenance of the equipment, control and operation of the equipment. Through training, users' technical staff can grasp and the skill of operation and maintenance proficiently, and deal with the general troubles in time. We will appoint qualified technical staff for the guidance.
3.Quality assurance
We guarantee the line achieve product technical performance indicators within 5 days after feeding operation through the correct guidance of the installation and commissioning.
We are responsible for the fault and damage of the production line caused by our design, technology, manufacture, installation, adjustment and material defect etc. that all belong to our responsibility.
The warranty period is 12 months after acceptance check of the production line. If there is any different between the furnished equipment in the customer’s factory and the equipment concerned in the contract, the users have the right to pass the inspection book to the legal department to claim for compensation to our company within goods warranty period.
4.Warranty
Offer 12 months maintenance period to the problem that caused by our design, manufacture and the material quality, and offer the relevant parts and effective service for free for above reason. We will offer a widely and favorable technical support, after service all the time after guarantee period.

1 never touch the Moving Part when the machine is working In case accident.
2 after adjusting measure must tighten the nuts.
3 please stop the machine immediately if any abnormal sound when the machine is working,After find out the reason can start working.
4 when filling large containers,the filling nozzle shouldn't too small,in case that the heavy filling press damage the filling nozzle.
