1. Packing
For ceiling and wall panel, two pcs in one carton; For floor, one pc in one carton. Export carton with 5~7 layers thickness
2. Shipping
1): By air, express, door to door, (DHL, Fedex, UPS, etc.), this the most convenient for sample orders and small orders.
2): By air, to destination airport, you need to pick up the goods yourself and declare custom.
3): By sea, LCL for smaller order, container for bulk order

1. How to order?
1): Tell us the order details, including item no. quantity and layout, delivery means and address,etc
2): Choose the image from our photo data, or send us your own photos in high resolution
3): We check if the photo is qualified to print the size you need, and draw the layout for your confirmation.
4): After confirmation of all details, we will send you the proforma invoice and bank account details.
5): If everything on the PI is correct, you wire the order deposit or full payment and send us the bank slip.
6): Order in production.
7): Inspection photo taking and delivery.
2. Leadtime
For sample and small orders, 3~5 days, for bulk orders, 15~30 days.
3. Payment
30~50% deposit by TT with order confirmation before production, balance by TT before order delivery. Full payment before production for trial orders.
4. Customized or not?
You can customize the image, logo to make an unique light panel for your project.
For bigger order, you can customize your own label on products and carton marks.
