Sugar packing machine is suitable for packing toothpaste, soap, cosmetic, AL/PL blister, bottle, playing card and other related similar
content compact with automatic leaflet folding, box opening and loading, batch number embossing
as well as sealing tec processes. (Option hot-glue device extra)
It adopts PLC control, photoelectricity supervision to coordinate with every parts. Automatic stop
and trouble display when machine running exceptional in order to solving troubles in time.
This machine can be used separately, and also can connect with blister packing machines on line..

1. How About the Installation & Adjustment?
After the equipment arrived at the customer’s site, customers are responsible for unpacking and arranging the equipment in reference to the placement drawing or under our install-adjust technicians’ guidance. Costs of our staffs are decided at last.
2. Are There Training for Customers?
We are responsible for offering the technical training to user. The training content includes the structure and maintenance of the equipment, control and operation of the equipment. Through training, users' technical staff can grasp and the skill of operation and maintenance proficiently, and deal with the general troubles in time. We will appoint qualified technical staff for the guidance.
3. How about the "Quality Assurance"
We are responsible for the faults and damages of the production line caused by our design, technology, manufacture, installation, adjustment and material defect etc.The warranty period is 12 months after acceptance check of the production line. If there is any different between the furnished equipment in the customer’s factory and the equipment concerned in the contract, the users have the right to pass the inspection book to the legal department to claim for compensation to our company within goods warranty period.
4.How about the Warranty?
We offer 12 months maintenance period to the problems that caused by our design, manufacture, and material quality, and offer the relevant parts and effective services for free if the problems was caused by above reasons. We will offer a life-long technical support, after service for customers.
