This machine is a high-tech product which adopts integration of light, electricity, and air.
It is Maiy used for Comestic Industry:Comestic tubes,tooth-paste, Shoe polish ,hand protect cream
andother comestic products and so on .
Manual put the tubes,.automatic boxes forming and convey, feed the pen into box, batch number printing,
sealing of box tongues at both ends etc. The whole encasing process is finished automatically.
It can be added to hot-glue machine.and ink-jet printing machine, hot shrink packing machine.
1. PLC automatically control,frequency control speed,touch screen exactly showing theoperation and production,operators can change parameters in time
according the packing requirement for products;
2.It can alarm automatically,if mistake operate,the machine stop running automatically,if the value exceed or under setting parameter,the machine will alarm automatically,besides,
it can automatically display malfunction, cartoning speed and finished products counting;
3.Automatically check the neglected cartoning and waste picked out for products and leaflet;
4.It is easy to understand and operate, work stably.
5.It doesn’t inhale leaflet without products and dosen’t inhale box without leaflet.
6.It idles and doesn’t push products if there is no products or products supplydoes not reach the designated position. Machine will work automatically with reinstatement of
products supply
7.It stops automatically if there is no box or continuous no leaflet.
8.It is easy to replace different products.
9.There is overload protection device for main drive.
10.The machine can be used alone,besides,it can be linked to work with blister packing machine,
bottle filling machine and heat shrink packing machine.
