Belling Bucket for Rotary Drilling Rig
Opening diameter : 1200-5000mm Clolsed Diameter range : 580-2440mm  

When conditions of soil are stable (mainly cohesive), belling buckets are used for enlarging the pile base. By use of the leverage system and application of vertical crowd force on the push rod, the cutting arms are gradually opened. The drilled material falls into the open shell of the bucket. The cutting arms are closed by upward movement of the kelly bar which transmits the pull onto the push rod.

Kelly Box Standards
- Kelly Box should be welded fabricated with the plate thickness of 30mm. 
- The Kelly box size shall be 200X200 Sqmm /150X150 Sq mm/130X130 Sq mm or suitable to Piling Rig. 
- The Kelly box shall be  of full length size for proper alignment of holes and optimum power transmission capacity. The      total inside clearance for Kelly box square shall be +5mm. The Holes of Kelly box shall be welded collar. 
- The Kelly box will be manufactured with signed copy of drawing from customer side.
Cutting Edge Standards
The cutting edges/ diameter shall be 30mm--40 mm less than the Pile/Casing Diameter(Inner Dia). This shall provide a 30mm--40 mm total clearance i.e. 15mm--20 mm on each side. This shall be applicable to each Piling Tools manufactured.
