F 1 lower roller structure and technical
1.Roller: Use the 40Mn2 or 50MN2 Steel materials with good hardenability to forging, after quenching and tempering and medium frequency hardening , surface hardness will be HRC55-60,and the depth of hardening will be 6-8mm, ensure the strength and wear resistance.
2.Pin: Use the 40Mn2 or 50MN Steel materials, after quenching and tempering and medium frequency hardening, the surface hardness will be HRC55-60, and the depth of the hardening will be 3-5mm, has good comprehensive mechanical performance.
3.Floating oil seal: Use the alloy of high chromium and molybdenum, hardness will be HRC65-72, the bright band is 0.1um-0.2um.
4.O-type sealing ring: Use the material Nitrile Rubber what made of Butadiene and Acrylonitrile, has high oil resistance and high temperature resistance.
