BLENDER AND OPENER
Efficient,large capacity of blender and opener,which can realize the fine fiber mixing fully open,opening downy,ensure to uniform long segments.
DOUBLE-CARDER
The process technology of double-card,parallel and four nets composite,control comb load of the fiber effectively,so as to ensure the uniformity of products transverse consistency,improve the after processing efficiency and quality significantly.
SPUN-LACED MACHINE
Straight-spun-laced line,equipped with advanced three round drum spun-laced machine,realize the full tangles of fiber,fundamentally solve the transverse strength,and ensure the product performance of products after processing.
CURING MACHINE
High temperature-continuous hot air-transmission-air curing machine can destroy the activity content in the raw material completely,and keep characteristics of spun-laced products completely,such as soft,sensory plump,wet absorption,improve the compatibility between product and skin.
Specification
1. Light: Polypropylene is the main raw material; specific gravity is 0.9, is only third five, fleecy and touches well.
2. Flexibility: made up of microfiber (2-3D), dot by dot thermo-melt formed. Flexibility of products is suitable, comfortable.
