--Specifications:
1.Type: Electric Flagpole.Electric-system has a remote control to hoist the flag,also with manual winch in case there no electicity supplied to the electric system.
2.Material: Staniless steel/aluminium
3.Height: 20M.Other sizes can be customized.
4.Thickness: 2.5-5mm.This depends on the height of the flagpole.
5.Top Diameter: 80mm, Bottom Diameter:280mm.Depends on different height.Can be customized.
6.surface:hairline,polish, oxidatiion,powder coat.
7.Halyard System: Internal halyard system.
8.General Production Process:Shearing the stainless steel sheet and bending to forming.Then welding.Finally, polishing for the surface.
9.Accessories: stainless steel halyard, 360 degree downwind ball, hanging pole for hanging flags, embedded parts for installation, Direction bead for holding flags, manual handling device with handle or electronic device if necessary.
10. Application:hotels,exhibitions,sprots center,etc.
11.OEM&ODM is welcome.
1.Packing: Yaolong Standard packing:
a.use plastic bag as first layer first layer of packing,
b.use bubble sheet as second layer of packing.Stainless steel Internal flagpole halyard/Internal halyard flagpole.
c.use PE sheet as third layer as third layer of packing.
d.use carton for acces
e.if ship in LCL container,it will need the wooden case to pack the poles to protect them from being damaged.
2.Delivery: For the height less than 12M, it can be loaded into container directly.While for the huge sizes ,it can be shipped in sections and together with the self-aligning sleeve which requires Argon Arc welding.
