Press for summer bamboo sleeping mat is mainly applied to adhere non-woven fabrics onto back side of bamboo mat or straw mat with or without connection thread. The line applies high flow rate for hydraulic oil, rapid closing for oil channel, and PLC electrical controlling system, fetured as lower energy consumption, high efficiency, flexible operation, wonderful performance. Hydraulic press for bamboo mat is classified into single layer, three layers, five layers and etc. The line breaks down into mat extending unit, glue brushing unit, mat rolling unit.
