FRP Pultrusion Profiles
Series of our pultrusion profiles include square tube,rectangular tube,round tube,angle,I-beam,channel,rod and other custom profiles. After proper combination and connection,they could be widely used in many fields such as:FRP grating platform,walkways,ladder,guardrail,supporting structure of cooling tower,sporting profiles,tool handles and other load structure,etc.
Pultrusion process is a mechanized process of FRP composites,involves pulling a collection of fibers in the form of roving,mat or fabric through a resin bath and then through a heated die to cure the resin,and then take shapes of profiles.
Application of FRP Pultrusion Profiles :

1.Easy installation:Using frp square tube greatly reduce components weight, to reduce the weight of the support structure,When installation, do not need to use lifting equipment, saving and convenient.

FRP tube performance
1.chemical resistance:Choose good benzene, vinyl resin and pultrusion FRP gratings with surface mat,It has excellent corrosion resistance performance.
2.Light weight: the weight of pultrusion FRP gratings is only about a quarter of the steel, very easy to handle,reducing the handling fee.
3. High Intensity: According to the weight ratio is about 35% resin, 65% glass fiber.Provides a very high strength/weight ratio
4. ANTI-UV: Add uv radiation dose in formula and contains polyester surface mat in order to get the best anti-uv effect.
5.flame retardant:A level 1 more than 25 or 26 oxygen index of flame retardant effect.
6.Other outstanding performance: Impact resistance, maintenance free, easy to machining, anti-skid safety, insulating heat insulation, etc.
