The speciality in our product is that the production process is fully mechanised and hence impurities, stones etc. are completely filtered before baling. Our supply capacity is around 700 Metric Tons per Month.
Raw Material:

Our firm is situated at PattukkottaiTaluk, Tanjore District, Tamilnadu, India, surrounded with coconut trees sprawling over 50 kms, it helps us to carry business operations in smooth manner. Besides, being in the prime part of the city getting the raw materials is not difficult for us.
Land Area:

Our factory is located around the 7 acres of land and also have huge chances of expansion related with full/semi automation.
Machines & Automation:
Requisite machines are equipped in our manufacturing unit to carry Block Making, Screening and Coco Peat Drying processes. Machines used by us are fully automated and less dependent on labour. Even for the coconut front chips and coconut husk chips we use fully automated and modern machines.
Our factory is running on the transformer of 500 KVA and have the back up of the capacity of DG set on 24/7 basis.
