Sencha dated from Chinese Tang Dynasty. A classic called tea, written by Lu Yu, noted the previous facture. The leaves are first steamed on a rapidly moving conveyor belt to make them soft and supple, then cooled and repeatedly rolled, pressed, sorted, polished and dried before being cooled again and packed at the end of the production line. On the basis of importing automatic or semiautomatic sencha process lines, we have established a large-scale sencha production base. Depended on following processes: fresh leaf storage?
steaming?preliminary rolling?twisting?secondary rolling?final rolling?drying and blending, the tea grows into standard and acquires high quality. It secures the tea?s freshness on the grounds that little chlorophyll has been damaged result from killing enzyme with high temperature vapor in a very short time and all tea is stored in storehouse with a constant temperature 0-6 degree centigrade.

All our Sencha's materials come from our self-managing tea farms. The residue of pesticide has been being controlled strictly. And the sencha was produced by automatic process lines imported from Japan.
