Continuous Automatic Nitrogen Making, Filling and Bag Sealing Machine: It is composed of Continuous Plastic Film Sealing Machine, LGHD-1 Automatic Nitrogen Machine and a set of inflatable equipment. Continuous plastic film sealing machine adopts electronic constant temperature control and automatic conveying device; LGHD-1 automatic nitrogen machine uses compressed air as raw material, adopts new type imported BF molecular sieve, making nitrogen based on pressure swing adsorption principle. This machine has advantages of continuous sealing, high efficiency, sealing and printing one time, date and batch number changing at any time etc.
This machine integrates automatic nitrogen making, filling, sealing as a whole. Has beautiful performance, delicate volume, easy operation, stable property and fine applicability etc. advantages, it is mainly used to kinds of plastic, aluminum foil etc. material packing. It can be used to pack kinds of particles, power, flake of fresh fruit, food, medicine, chemical products etc, especially for crispy fried food after puffing or frying, which can reach oxidation, corrosion, mildew resistance, moisture-proof preservation storage function.
