The fully computerized sock knitting machine can knit more variety of socks, such as tabby,rib,three dimensional mesh,collective circle,pile loop,half pile loop,partial pile loop,pile loop with jacquard,elastic with Y heel,,multilayer rib collar,additional thick in sole socks,sock trousers, wrist support, head harness and so on.
Technical Features:
1.The whole weave system controlled by computer.
2.Adopting stepping motor to adjust yarn tension.
3.Yarn channel triangle controlled by the electronic air compressor.
4.Adopting sensor device to protect computer and electronic component automatically
5.Auto read oil supply pin speed.
6.Keep high speed operation to improve inner triangle.
7.Design system WINDOW98/2000/XP.
8.Could use 380V three-phase supply and 50/60Hz frequency.
9.Return to ZERO at the turn on position.
10.Keep pattern at the conditions of power cutting or other reason.
11.Install UPS system, could be continue knitting at the time of moment power cutting.
12.Use common parts in important parts, could be changed by other kinds of machine.
Functions:
l It can be weaved one main color and five auxiliary every line.
l Every sock can be weaved in 16 colors at most.
l The largest flower type area is 1,200 lines and columns.
