We are developing a pilot project for energy recovery in the poultry sector, installing Vertical Axis Wind Turbines (VAWT) in front of industrial exhaust fans to harvest energy from airflow. The turbines must operate in a constant wind speed of 4-6 m/s within a dusty and humid environment.
Requirements include low rated RPM generators, startup wind speed below 2.0 m/s, rotor diameter around 1.0m, and resistance to corrosion and oxidation.
Please provide a quotation (FOB price), technical datasheet showing power curve versus wind speed, packing size and weight per unit, MOQ for a sample order of 1-2 units, and lead time for production.
