We are seeking a lab-scale gasification unit to convert biomass pellets derived from agricultural residues into synthetic gas for research purposes. Quantity: 1 unit.
Key technical requirements include:
- Electrically heated fixed-bed or packed-bed tubular reactor suitable for biomass pellets and various bed/catalyst materials.
- Quartz or stainless-steel tube with an inner diameter of 30-60 mm and a length of 500-1000 mm, equipped with removable flanges.
- Tube furnace capable of reaching 700-1000°C, with a programmable PID temperature controller and temperature stability of ±5°C.
- At least three thermocouples positioned inside the bed.
- Ability to switch between gasification agents like N₂, air, CO₂, and steam, with mass-flow controllers for each inlet.
