Inquiry about Turnkey Brick Drying Process Monitoring and Optimization System NEW

We are looking to acquire a complete turnkey system for monitoring, analyzing and optimizing the drying process of hollow clay bricks. The system must be able to measure brick shrinkage, temperature, residual moisture content and air velocity inside the dryer. It should include automatic data acquisition, recording, data analysis and visualization software, and be capable of generating complete drying curves (Bigot curves or equivalent). The maximum dryer operating temperature is 180°C. Please provide a proposal covering detailed system description, technical specifications of all instruments and sensors, software functionalities, installation, commissioning and training services, delivery lead time, as well as warranty terms and after-sales support.
