I require a complete turnkey solution for establishing a silk processing facility to produce twisted silk yarn from cocoon. The scope includes cocoon drying, cooking, sorting, automatic reeling machines, re-reeling, winding, doubling, twisting (TFO or ring), twist setting, finishing, quality testing laboratory, and climate control systems. I also need a GOTS-compliant effluent treatment plant with primary, secondary, and tertiary treatment, including sludge handling. The initial capacity is 500 kg per 8-hour shift, scalable to 1000 kg.
