We need a formal quotation for a 12-channel Acoustic Emission system for structural integrity testing on insulated aerial devices and bucket trucks, according to ASTM F914 and ABNT NBR 16092 standards. Required hardware: 1 main chassis supporting 12 channels, 6 dual-channel acquisition boards (10 MHz, 16-bit), 12 resonant AE sensors centered at 150 kHz, 5 low-frequency AE sensors centered between 60–75 kHz, 12 external preamplifiers with 40 dB gain (28V DC), and 12 magnetic hold-down shoes compatible with the 150 kHz sensors. Required software: Full PC-based AE acquisition and analysis suite with real-time multi-channel data acquisition, waveform recording, configurable digital filtering, real-time FFT analysis, parameter extraction, and linear/cluster location modules.
