I am seeking a custom UHMWPE (Dyneema or equivalent grade like SK75/SK78) protective net for critical infrastructure protection, specifically to guard against drone impacts, absorb shock energy, and for industrial safety applications (non-fishing).
Technical specifications include:
- Mesh structure: 20x20 mm knotless braided
- Rope diameter: 5 mm with minimum breaking strength of 20 kN
- Mechanical properties: high cut resistance, high abrasion resistance, low elongation rate of 3–4%
- Coating: UV-resistant coating for high-temperature and strong UV environments, and flame retardant (FR, self-extinguishing) treatment. Please specify the coating type and lifespan.
Net size is customizable (e.g., 2m x 5m or 5m x 10m) with reinforced edges. Required quantity: 50,000 square meters.
