RFQ Information
We need a fishing net knotting machine to produce nets with a 50x50 mm mesh size. The thread thickness ranges from 210d/24 187 tex*3 - 1.20 mm to 210d/48 187 tex*6 - 1.80 mm, using nylon thread. We may also test high-modulus thread similar to Dyneema.
Required machines include winding machines for thread, the knotting machine with creel, bobbins, and spools, and a machine for drawing and heat treatment, which can be separate or combined. The machine should be computer-controlled, but manual options are acceptable based on price.
Our target productivity is 5-7 tons per month.
