Inquiry about Multilayer Kraft Paper Valve Bag with Self-Sealing Inner Valve and Pasted Bottom NEW

We are looking for a supplier to produce multilayer kraft paper valve bags suitable for automatic filling machines. The bags will be used for packaging natural hydraulic lime and dry mortar products. Bag structure: 2 layers of kraft paper + 1 layer of PE/HDPE moisture barrier. The bag must have a self-sealing inner valve and a pasted hexagonal bottom. Required sizes: - For 20 kg: 35 × 52 × 10 cm - For 25 kg: 40 × 52 × 10 cm - For 30 kg: dimensions to be determined based on product density and filling tests. The filling pipe will enter the valve, and the valve must self-seal after filling. We have existing bag samples and printing files in Illustrator/PDF format.
