We are looking for a supplier to produce multilayer kraft paper valve bags suitable for automatic filling machines. The bags will be used for packaging natural hydraulic lime and dry mortar products. Bag structure: 2 layers of kraft paper + 1 layer of PE/HDPE moisture barrier. The bag must have a self-sealing inner valve and a pasted hexagonal bottom. Required sizes: - For 20 kg: 35 × 52 × 10 cm - For 25 kg: 40 × 52 × 10 cm - For 30 kg: dimensions to be determined based on product density and filling tests. The filling pipe will enter the valve, and the valve must self-seal after filling. We have existing bag samples and printing files in Illustrator/PDF format. Please let us know if you can produce this bag at your facility in Istanbul, along with the minimum order quantity, sample availability, valve size, layer grammages, printing cost, and unit price per quantity.
