We are a flexible packaging manufacturer in Brazil planning to produce solvent-based liquid inks for flexographic printing in-house. Our expected monthly production is around 30 metric tons and we need a high speed disperser to meet this demand.
Initially, we will produce white inks based on titanium dioxide, PU resins, and solvents (ethanol and ethyl acetate). Please provide relevant models, technical specifications (tank capacity, motor power, disc speed, materials of construction), and a budgetary quotation based on the above volume.
