I need a double sigma blade kneader mixer for mixing putty with a viscosity of 1500 Pa s and a capacity of 3.5 liters. The mixer must include a heating element inside the mixing chamber and a cooling jacket with coolant supply for temperature control. All components in contact with the putty, such as the mixing chamber, rotors, shafts, blades, lid, and seals, must be made of stainless steel and resistant to acetone. Key design features are Z-shaped blades, a collar around the chamber neck to prevent spreading, electromechanical or manual rotation to the unloading position, a thermocouple in the cooling jacket for monitoring, and a loading hatch on the lid.
Additionally, I require clarification on the grade of stainless steel used, the construction of rotor shafts and blades (including stainless steel coating thickness if applicable), rotor speed (minimum 40 rpm), differential rotor speeds and friction values, and the efficiency of cooling jacket water circulation. Please provide a drawing of the seal.
