We require a horizontal pin-type bead mill for producing liquid natamycin suspension in food-grade applications.
The equipment must have a 5L working capacity, use stainless steel 316L for all product contact parts and SS304 for non-contact parts, and handle aqueous suspensions with viscosity up to 5,000 cps. Essential features include water cooling for temperature control, flow rate of 10-20 L/hour, compatibility with zirconia beads (0.5-2.0mm), and target particle size D90 below 10 microns.
Mandatory certifications are CE, ISO 9001, and FDA compliance, along with a PLC control system, safety interlocks, and emergency stops. We need delivery to Brazil within 45-60 days.
