Inquiry about Custom Polyresin Sculpture Manufacturing NEW

I am looking for a manufacturer to produce a small art edition of a resin sculpture. The piece is 200 mm tall, derived from a Polynesian ritual pounder, with a simple solid form, no moving parts or complex undercuts. The volume is 487 cm³, approximately 830 g in marble-filled resin. I need the following quoted: 1. Master pattern from the provided STL file (SLA print or CNC, finished ready for moulding) 2. Silicone mould and tooling 3. One prototype cast for approval 4. 14 pieces total: 12 numbered pieces plus 2 artist's proofs 5. One flat sample plaque of the material for testing The material should be polyester resin filled with marble powder, pigmented warm ivory through the body, with a satin finish. No surface painting, printing, or engraving is required; I only need plain blanks. The critical requirement is that the cured surface must accept India ink applied with a steel nib and brush without beading or crawling, and then take two light coats of matt varnish. The pieces must be free of any release agent residue. Please confirm you can supply pieces with no surface release agent, or recommend a suitable surface preparation. This is why I am requesting a sample plaque before the main order. I understand 14 pieces is below usual minimum order quantities. I am willing to pay the tooling cost in full. Please also quote unit prices at 50 and 100 pieces for reference. If your minimum order quantity cannot be waived, please let me know clearly. The design is my original work. The files are for quoting and producing this order only. The master, mould, and design must not be reused, resold, listed in your catalogue, or shown as a sample to other customers.
