We require a complete flue gas purification system for a 5 MW coal-fired boiler plant using coal fuel. The solution must meet modern environmental standards with dust emissions ≤30 mg/m³.
Key specifications:

- Operating temperature: 160–180°C
- Filtration efficiency: 99–99.5%
- Fabric material: Heat-resistant (180–220°C) with non-stick coating
Required components:
1) Cyclone pre-cleaner to remove 40–70% of large ash particles
2) Baghouse filter with ~120–150 m² filtration area and pulse-jet cleaning
3) Ash removal system with two-chamber bin and screw conveyor
