Inquiry about Custom Magnetic Gold-Plated Champagne Topper

We are a French brand developing a luxury magnetic over-cap for champagne and sparkling-wine bottles and are looking for a manufacturing partner. The part is a faceted octagonal Zamac (zinc alloy) piece, plated with genuine 24-karat gold and fitted with an embedded magnet. It sits over the cork and muselet without screwing. We need feasibility feedback, mold/tooling cost and ownership, minimum production quantity (can you do a first batch of around 100 pcs?), gold electroplating capability and thickness in microns, lead times for mold/samples and mass production, and unit pricing for 100 / 500 / 1,000 / 5,000 pieces (same gold thickness) on EXW or FOB basis. Preference given to manufacturers with ISO 9001.
